At Gokki Fashion, we offer personalized and custom-made products for each customer. Therefore, our products are made to order, and the prints are applied specifically for each order. While this ensures that our products are unique and of high quality, it also means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges

• Once your order is shipped, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
• However, if there is any damage to your order during shipping, please contact our customer service. In such cases, we will either send a replacement product or issue a store credit to your account.
